- 2-3 years of experience in consulting or system integration
- Experience in web, mobile app, e-commerce, digital, and CRM
- Experience in product company as a project manager, PMO, or product owner
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of project management terminology and criteria
- Ability to formalize user requirements and functional analysis
- Experience in designing and executing acceptance testing
- Ability to manage business and IT stakeholders
- Experience in managing technical development vendors
- In-depth knowledge of English
- Experience in developing web and mobile app services
- Experience in developing e-commerce services/functionalities, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience in integrating and migrating technology solutions in complex enterprise ecosystems

Si ricerca un Junior project manager, PMO con esperienza, autonomo nello sviluppo di requisiti, analisi di prodotti e servizi digitali in ambito e-commerce, web e mobile app, CRM.Il candidato ideale ha voglia di imparare cose nuove in un ambiente professionalmente stimolante e innovativo, studiando e proponendo soluzioni all’evoluzione dei processi e del prodotto rivolto all’utente finale.
La figura sarà inserita nel team Customer Transformation con sede a Milano e parteciperà a progetti di trasformazione digitale presso primarie realtà italiane e internazionali.
All’interno del Customer Transformation potrà investire sulla propria crescita professionale e di carriera, seguendo progetti dalla fase di disegno strategico a quella realizzativa.
La figura si confronterà con team multidisciplinari formati da professionisti in campo E-commerce, Customer Experience e CRM, per la realizzazione di servizi memorabili per l’utente finale.

Presidio del progetto sia dalla fase di Disegno strategico per arrivare a quella realizzativa
Studio e proposta di soluzioni, seguire l'evoluzione dei processi e del prodotto rivolto all’utente finale
Confronto con team multidisciplinari formati da professionisti in campo E-commerce, Customer Experience e CRM, per la realizzazione di servizi memorabili per l’utente finale.
Your unique strengths
Fino a 2 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza e/o System Integrator in ambito Web, Mobile App, E-commerce, Digital e CRM.
oppureFino a 3 anni di esperienza in società di prodotto nel ruolo project manager, PMO e product owner, in progetti di integrazione e sviluppo di soluzioni digitali in ambito E- commerce, CRM, Web e Mobile App.
Nice to Have
Sviluppo servizi web, mobile app
Sviluppo servizi/funzionalità ecommerce, Salesforce e strumenti di marketing automation (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
Integrazione e migrazioni di soluzioni tecnologiche in ecosistemi entreprise anche complessi
Mandatory Skills
Inglese fluente
Conoscenza di terminologia e criteri di gestione progettuale (es. ciclo di vita predittivo vs adattivo, waterfall vs agile, SCRUM, gantt chart, issue log, CR, SAL, PMO)
Formalizzazione di requisiti utente e di analisi funzionali
Progettazione e realizzazione di test di accettazione
Gestione del rapporto con gli stakeholder business e IT
Gestione dei fornitori di sviluppo tecnico
Conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese
Ottime capacità di comunicazione
