Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager (PMO) with experience in developing requirements and analyzing digital products and services in the e-commerce, web, and mobile app, CRM domains. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new things in a professionally stimulating and innovative environment, studying and proposing solutions to the evolution of processes and products aimed at the end user. You will be part of the Customer Transformation team based in Milan and will participate in digital transformation projects for leading Italian and international companies. Within Customer Transformation, you can invest in your professional and career growth, following projects from the strategic design phase to the implementation phase. You will work with multidisciplinary teams of professionals in E-commerce, Customer Experience, and CRM to create memorable services for the end user. You will be involved with increasing responsibility in the following activities: * Project Management * Development of requirements * Analysis of digital products and services in e-commerce, web and mobile app, CRM * Project oversight from the strategic design phase to the implementation phase * Study and proposal of solutions, follow the evolution of processes and products aimed at the end user * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of professionals in E-commerce, Customer Experience, and CRM to create memorable services for the end user.

Must have:

2-3 years of experience in consulting or system integration
Experience in web, mobile app, e-commerce, digital, and CRM
Experience in product company as a project manager, PMO, or product owner
Fluent English
Knowledge of project management terminology and criteria
Ability to formalize user requirements and functional analysis
Experience in designing and executing acceptance testing
Ability to manage business and IT stakeholders
Experience in managing technical development vendors
In-depth knowledge of English

Good to have:

Experience in developing web and mobile app services
Experience in developing e-commerce services/functionalities, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
Experience in integrating and migrating technology solutions in complex enterprise ecosystems

Si ricerca un Junior project manager, PMO con esperienza, autonomo nello sviluppo di requisiti, analisi di prodotti e servizi digitali in ambito e-commerce, web e mobile app, CRM.

Il candidato ideale ha voglia di imparare cose nuove in un ambiente professionalmente stimolante e innovativo, studiando e proponendo soluzioni all’evoluzione dei processi e del prodotto rivolto all’utente finale.

La figura sarà inserita nel team Customer Transformation con sede a Milano e parteciperà a progetti di trasformazione digitale presso primarie realtà italiane e internazionali.

All’interno del Customer Transformation potrà investire sulla propria crescita professionale e di carriera, seguendo progetti dalla fase di disegno strategico a quella realizzativa.

La figura si confronterà con team multidisciplinari formati da professionisti in campo E-commerce, Customer Experience e CRM, per la realizzazione di servizi memorabili per l’utente finale.

Your unique strengths

Fino a 2 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza e/o System Integrator in ambito Web, Mobile App, E-commerce, Digital e CRM.
oppure
Fino a 3 anni di esperienza in società di prodotto nel ruolo project manager, PMO e product owner, in progetti di integrazione e sviluppo di soluzioni digitali in ambito E- commerce, CRM, Web e Mobile App.

Nice to Have

Sviluppo servizi web, mobile app
Sviluppo servizi/funzionalità ecommerce, Salesforce e strumenti di marketing automation (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
Integrazione e migrazioni di soluzioni tecnologiche in ecosistemi entreprise anche complessi

Conoscenza di terminologia e criteri di gestione progettuale (es. ciclo di vita predittivo vs adattivo, waterfall vs agile, SCRUM, gantt chart, issue log, CR, SAL, PMO)
Formalizzazione di requisiti utente e di analisi funzionali
Progettazione e realizzazione di test di accettazione
Gestione del rapporto con gli stakeholder business e IT
Gestione dei fornitori di sviluppo tecnico
