Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in SAP FICO, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end financial and controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client engagements, and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules. This role demands both functional expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client communication.
Must Have
- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules including: General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA), Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting, Margin Analysis and Material Ledger
- Customize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules based on client requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams in development.
- Participate in data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live support.
- Provide training and documentation for key users and end-users.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential, including knowledge of new functionalities and Fiori apps.
- Familiarity with the differences between ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, RE-FX, etc.).
- Basic understanding of extensibility options and GAP development in S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities
