Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth across TikTok Shop, D2C websites using Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces. Leading strategy and execution, you'll optimize product listings, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with expertise in social commerce and ecommerce growth.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for TikTok Shop and D2C websites.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions and events.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop.
  • Implement and manage consignment business models.
  • Monitor performance metrics and execute campaigns to increase conversion rates.
  • Manage monthly budgets for advertising investments.
  • Create and optimize product listings for TikTok Shop (descriptions, visuals, SEO).
  • Regularly update product information, including pricing and availability.
  • Troubleshoot product and order errors with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Customer Service for TikTok Shop inquiries.
  • Partner with influencer and affiliate teams for product reviews.
  • Monitor influencer collaborations and optimize strategies.
  • Handle influencer contracts and negotiate creator terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide reports.
  • Ability to deliver P/L across ecommerce channels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint creation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience working with TikTok Shop.
  • Experience in the Beauty or CPG industry.

Your Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth across TikTok Shop, D2C websites using Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces. Leading strategy and execution, you'll optimize product listings, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with expertise in social commerce and ecommerce growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Merchandising
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop, direct websites utilizing Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions, launches, and special events.
  • Revenue Growth
  • Partner with the Ecommerce Director to develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing resources.
  • Implement and manage consignment business models to enhance product availability and reduce inventory risks.
  • Monitor performance metrics and execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support the Ecommerce Director in managing monthly budgets to ensure optimal spending on advertising investments.
  • Product Listing Management
  • Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags.
  • Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
  • Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Order and Customer Experience Management
  • Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal CSR teams for timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Collaboration
  • Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products for reviews, creating brand advocacy and driving conversions.
  • Monitor influencer collaborations to assess effectiveness and optimize product seeding strategies.
  • Handle influencer contracts and negotiate creator terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
  • Prior experience working with TikTok Shop highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Beauty or CPG industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide reports to internal stakeholders to track initiatives' effectiveness.
  • Ability to deliver P/L across ecommerce channels and make clear/concise decisions on financial plan.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint creation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
