Starcom in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an experienced Reporting & Insights Executive to join their team. This role will focus on building, monitoring, and analyzing digital process reports to support the execution of marketing plans for various brands. Key responsibilities include creating detailed reports on advertising campaign performance across platforms, identifying trends and patterns in campaign data, analyzing key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, and ROI, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and leveraging data to guarantee campaign effectiveness. This position requires expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Microsoft Office, Campaign Manager, and Social Media Ads, as well as advanced Excel skills. Must have:
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Microsoft Office, Campaign Manager, Social Media Ads)
  • Advanced Excel skills (databases, macros, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations

Descripción del empleo

En Bogotá – Colombia, estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Ejecutivo de Reporting & Insights Con 1 año de experiencia en el rol. Su misión se centrará en construir, vigilar y analizar reportes de procesos digitales que apoyen y aporten a la ejecución de los planes de Marketing de las diferentes marcas. 

Principales Responsabilidades 

  • Crear informes detallados sobre el rendimiento de las campañas publicitarias en diferentes plataformas y canales. 
  • Identificar tendencias y patrones en los datos de las campañas para generar insights importantes. 
  • Construir, vigilar y analizar reportes a partir de la data de la ejecución de planes de medios que apoyan y robustecen los planes de marketing
  • Analizar métricas clave como impresiones, clics, conversiones, costos, ROI, entre otras, para generar información de datos que permitan garantizar la efectividad de las campañas. 
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional. 

Habilidades Técnicas 

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Marketing Digital como Google Analytics, Data Studio, Microsoft Office, Campaign Manager, y Social Media Ads. 
  • Manejo Avanzado de Excel (manejo de BBDD, macros, tablas dinámicas, formulación, etc)
