Manager Experience Engineering

As a Manager Experience Engineering specializing in ReactJS, you will lead the development of cutting-edge digital experiences for our clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize React-based applications that are scalable, performant, and user-friendly. Your expertise in ReactJS will be instrumental in delivering high-impact solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Lead the development of ReactJS-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
• Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ReactJS and front-end development.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices in front-end development.
• Support and enhance sites on the VTEX platform.
• Build and maintain front-end features for e-commerce projects.
• Integrate with APIs (GraphQL and REST).
• Work with designers and backend engineers to deliver responsive, high-quality web pages.
• Interact with clients directly, providing strong communication and the ability to work independently.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Good knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of e-commerce sites and related workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the VTEX platform is highly preferred (or willingness to learn during onboarding).
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work independently.
