Job Summary
The Executive - Programmatic will be responsible for planning and executing programmatic media buys across social, display, and video platforms. Key duties include client servicing, campaign monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis against KPIs. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, developing insights for conversion optimization, and collaborating with creative teams to reduce media wastage. The executive will also be accountable for campaign performance and staying updated with market trends.
Must Have
- Plan and execute programmatic buys across social, display and video platforms.
- Serve clients for campaign briefing, programmatic proposal, budget allocation, monitoring, optimization & analysis.
- Collect data and track performance against KPIs (CPI, CPL, CPA, PPC etc.).
- Provide regular performance analysis and make adjustments to fulfil objectives.
- Work on quarterly business reviews for key clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.
- Analyse campaign data to develop insights and strategies for KPI and conversion improvement.
- Work with creative teams to identify optimization opportunities and reduce media wastage.
- Innovate to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends.
- Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all programmatic buys across social, display and video platforms.
- Serving clients for tasks such as campaign briefing, programmatic proposal, budget allocation, campaign monitoring, optimization & analysis.
- Collect data and track the performance of all the buys against set KPIs (CPI, CPL, CPA, PPC etc.)
- Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives.
- Work on quarterly business reviews for key clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.
- Analyse campaign data to develop insights and strategies to improve on campaign KPIs and conversion optimization.
- Working with creative teams to identify the creative optimization opportunities and reduce media wastage.
- Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends.
- Share best practices with peers within group.
- Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.
