Job Summary
Lead and supervise the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns (online and offline), ensuring the fulfillment of the client's or brand's communication and business objectives. The Media Supervisor acts as a key link between the strategic and creative teams and media providers, ensuring efficient, cost-effective execution aligned with the global strategy.
Must Have
- Develop integrated media strategies based on data and client objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate campaign implementation, including schedules and budgets.
- Manage relationships with media, agencies, and advertising platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
- Prepare results reports and post-campaign analysis presentations.
- Lead and develop a team of planners and assistants.
- Ensure efficient budget investment and seek added value for clients.
- Stay updated on media trends, tools, and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Power Point) proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, DSPs) and traditional media.
- Proficiency in analysis and planning tools (Comscore, TGI, Google Analytics).
- Essential knowledge of digital and/or ATL media tools.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in media agencies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Responsible and organized.

- Develop integrated media strategies (digital and traditional) based on data, market research, and client objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate campaign implementation: guidelines, schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
- Manage relationships with media, agencies, and advertising platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, proposing improvements and adjustments.
- Prepare results reports and post-campaign analysis presentations.
- Lead the team of planners and assistants, ensuring their development and KPI fulfillment.
- Ensure correct investment of the assigned budget, seeking efficiencies and added value for the client.
- Stay updated on media trends, tools, and platforms.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, and/or related fields.
Knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Power Point) skills.
- Advanced knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, DSPs, etc.) and traditional media.
- Proficiency in analysis and planning tools (Comscore, TGI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital platforms and/or ATL media tools (Essential).
- Knowledge of Ibope and Google Analytics (Desirable).
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in media agencies performing similar functions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
