Job Summary
The Video Delivery Manager at Motorola Solutions will lead operations to meet revenue, cost, cash, and customer delivery goals. This role involves acting as a key contact for sales, finance, product, and engineering teams regarding order shipping. Responsibilities include improving KPIs like order cycle time and on-time delivery, collaborating with various teams to reduce lead times, and managing third-party distribution priorities. The manager will also support work order planning, ensure operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement projects.
Must Have
- Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets.
- Act as a point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams for order shipping details and priorities.
- Improve KPIs including order cycle time, on time delivery, and delinquent backlog.
- Collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead times.
- Support work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logistics.
- Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead times.
- Actively support sales and operations planning.
- Anticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readiness.
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, business, or sales operations

Job Description

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
