Job Summary

Responsible for commercialization operations of pre-research projects, including revenue target estimation, user profile analysis, resource design, and sales packaging. Collaborate with planning and user research teams to define the commercialization framework, execute periodic plans, and continuously optimize based on data feedback. Monitor competitor strategies and market changes to enhance the game's commercialization ecosystem.

Must Have

Job Description

1. Responsible for commercialization-related operations for pre-research projects, including but not limited to revenue target estimation and breakdown, potential target user profile analysis, commercialization resource design and pricing, sales method packaging design, and development work.

2. Collaborate with the planning team to determine the overall commercialization framework for the project, formulate and implement periodic commercialization plans, and continuously iterate and optimize based on commercialization data feedback.

3. Collaborate with the user research team to periodically identify pain points of paying users at different operational stages and provide corresponding solutions for continuous iteration and optimization.

4. Pay attention to the medium-to-long-term operational strategies of competitors, understand market demand changes, and continuously optimize the current game commercialization ecosystem.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in game operations, possessing complete project commercialization operations experience; competitive game project commercialization experience is preferred.

2. Passionate about competitive games (must have payment experience), familiar with competitors' long-term operational strategies and having independent insights is preferred.

3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, experience in cross-departmental cooperation, and ability to independently complete challenging tasks.

4. Solid operational fundamentals, familiar with basic commercialization work processes, able to quickly identify and analyze reasons for commercialization fluctuations based on current project revenue trends and find corresponding solutions; also able to estimate future revenue trends and make medium-to-long-term plans in advance.

5. Sensitive to commercialization data feedback, with project experience in quickly reacting to operational data, adjusting, and iterating commercialization updates.

6. Strong logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities, able to quickly integrate into new teams.
