Job Summary
Responsible for the creative and production of game video content such as promotional PVs, CGs, and cutscenes based on the needs of the lead artist and planner. Oversee all stages including model materials, animation, lighting, rendering, post-production, music, and sound effects, providing effective feedback, especially with a high aesthetic ability in visual effects, to ensure the quality of the final product. Participate in the production of large-scale realistic games or film CG works, familiar with current market trends, and supervise various video materials. Responsible for the design and production of game CG animations, ensuring consistency and quality.
Must Have
- Graduated from an art-related major with a strong art foundation.
- 7+ years of experience in film or game directing/editing.
- Experience independently leading the entire film production process.
- Proficient in audiovisual language and traditional CG pipeline.
- Deep understanding of storyboarding, model materials, animation, special effects, lighting, and post-production.
- Strong production and aesthetic capabilities in Houdini and UE effects.
- Familiar with traditional film and animation Maya pipeline and related software.
- Understand UE pipeline and have UE project experience.
- Clear logical and expressive abilities, flexible collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with outsourcing vendors and internal teams.

1. According to the needs of the lead artist and planner, responsible for the creative and production of game video content such as promotional PVs, CGs, and cutscenes;
2. Follow up on all aspects related to model materials, animation production, lighting atmosphere, rendering post-synthesis, music and sound effects, provide accurate and effective feedback, especially with a high aesthetic ability in screen effects and visual effects, to ensure the quality of the final product;
3. Participated in the production of large-scale realistic games or film CG works, familiar with current market trends and preferences, and supervise various video materials;
4. Responsible for the design and production of game CG animations, ensuring consistent CG film style and guaranteeing delivery quality.
Job Requirements
1. Graduated from an art-related major with a strong art foundation, capable of conceiving and writing film storyboard proposals, able to estimate project difficulties and provide solutions;
2. Seven or more years of experience in film or game directing/editing, with relevant work experience in realistic CG films, anime series, or live-action films. Must have experience independently leading the entire film production process, able to accurately identify project issues and provide professional revision suggestions to outsourcing teams;
3. Proficient in audiovisual language, proficient in traditional CG pipeline, with a deep understanding of storyboarding, model materials, animation, special effects, lighting, post-production, etc. Requires strong production and aesthetic capabilities in Houdini and UE effects, and can create templates;
4. Familiar with traditional film and animation Maya pipeline and related software; understand UE pipeline and have UE project experience;
5. Possess clear logical and expressive abilities, flexible collaboration skills, able to communicate efficiently with outsourcing vendors and internal teams. Flexible in handling matters, able to coordinate different departments to advance projects;
6. Have a certain understanding of production costs and be able to balance the relationship between cost, creativity, and production.
