Job Description

1. As a Financial BP, collaborate with project producers/department heads to provide financial support for daily operations and drive process optimization. Based on identified pain points, provide financial insights to the business side and offer reasonable suggestions to business teams.

2. Promote the implementation of budget management and business-finance analysis mechanisms, and ensure reasonable resource allocation and risk warnings through effective business-finance analysis.

3. Independently complete special financial analysis projects.

4. Participate in pre-project initiation, empower project teams, respond flexibly and promptly to project needs, and possess cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.

5. Strictly review contracts/expense reimbursements and payment approval procedures and related documents according to company regulations to ensure compliance.

6. Assist superiors in completing other daily and temporary tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting/financial management or related majors; 7+ years of BP/business analysis related work experience, with preference for gaming industry experience and business-side financial support experience.

2. Strong data processing and analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and ability to actively drive business processes.

3. Strong curiosity about business, ability to view finance from a business perspective, and provide professional financial advice on business issues.

4. Integrity and diligence, good stress resistance, high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork spirit.

5. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
