【MLBB】Test Development Engineer

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Moonton's competitive gaming track testing platform and tools. This role requires strong platform architecture design capabilities to meet cross-category business needs, with a preference for candidates experienced in developing testing platforms from scratch. The ideal candidate will possess a good business sense to identify testing platform demands, propose solutions, and drive platform implementation. Familiarity with large models and AIGC, along with practical experience in AI applications for testing, is essential to continuously empower existing platforms and tools. The role also involves introducing advanced industry testing technologies, concepts, tools, and platforms to explore new testing methods and enhance business quality.

Must Have

• 5+ years of game test development experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C, C++, Python, Go
• Familiarity with common algorithms and design patterns
• Familiarity with mainstream testing platforms and Web frameworks
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience in CICD and large-scale platform development
• Experience in developing testing platforms from scratch
• Familiarity with large models and AIGC, with practical experience in AI applications in testing
• Participation in the construction of well-known tools in the industry

Job Description

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Moonton's competitive gaming track testing platform and tools.

2. Possess complete platform architecture design capabilities to meet the needs of cross-category businesses. Experience in developing testing platforms from scratch is preferred.

3. Have a good business sense, be able to perceive the demands of the testing platform from a business perspective, propose reasonable solutions, and promote the implementation and operation of the platform within the team.

4. Familiar with large models and AIGC, have practical experience and attempts in the application of AI in the testing field, be able to keep up with industry developments, and continuously promote the empowerment of AI for existing platforms and tools.

5. Introduce advanced testing technologies, concepts, tools, and platforms in the industry, explore more testing methods, and improve business quality.

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of game test development experience (CICD, large-scale platform development experience preferred).

2. Proficient in at least one programming language among Java, C, C++, Python, Go, and familiar with common algorithms and design patterns.

3. Familiar with mainstream testing platforms and Web frameworks.

4. Possess strong team communication and collaboration skills, able to understand business requirements and drive problem resolution.

5. Familiar with mainstream testing platforms and technology stacks in the game industry, participation in the construction of well-known tools in the industry is preferred.
