Job Summary
Responsible for the art management of competitive gaming platform projects, organizing and executing the entire process from demand, planning, production, review, acceptance to version release. This role involves developing demand plans, tracking project progress, building a team data measurement system, and managing internal and external development progress, costs, and quality. The individual will also assist in team management, cross-departmental collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Must Have

- Develop demand plans and detailed schedules, track project progress
- Build a team data measurement system and summarize regularly
- Manage internal and external development progress, costs, and quality
- Assist in team management and cross-departmental collaboration
- Coordinate with other departments and schedule tasks
- Promote internal knowledge sharing and management
- Familiar with art team production processes, especially UED management and delivery
- Able to plan and monitor art resources, outsourcing, and platform resource coordination
- Familiar with game development processes, with experience in ongoing or long-term projects
- Able to think independently, communicate across teams, and achieve common goals
- Promptly identify and feedback problems, manage changes and emergencies

2. Responsible for formulating demand planning and detailed plans, following up on execution to promote project progress, building a team data measurement system, and regularly summarizing.
3. Responsible for communication and management of internal and external development progress, costs, and quality.
4. Assist the department head in team management/cross-departmental collaboration.
5. Responsible for interfacing with other relevant departments and reasonably arranging schedules.
6. Promote internal knowledge sharing and knowledge management within the team.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with the production process of art teams, especially UED management and delivery.
2. Able to plan and monitor the progress of art resources and outsourcing, as well as coordinate platform resources.
3. Familiar with game development processes, with experience in ongoing or long-term operation projects.
4. Able to think independently, view problems fairly and objectively, communicate across teams, and achieve common goals.
5. Able to promptly identify and feedback problems, take corresponding measures for changes and emergencies, and ensure project proceeds as planned.
