Job Summary
Responsible for high-poly CG character model production, quality control, and workflow optimization for the company's promotional team. This includes planning, supervising outsourced assets, and collaborating with various departments like concept art, lighting, and animation to enhance character expressiveness and asset quality. Manage production cycles and improve existing model asset workflows.
Must Have
- Produce high-poly CG character models and ensure quality.
- Plan and supervise character asset work, set standards.
- Review and optimize outsourced CG character/prop assets.
- Improve existing model asset workflows.
- Collaborate with art, lighting, and animation teams for character expressiveness.
- 5+ years in realistic/aesthetic CG character production (film/game/CG projects).
- Proficient in modeling, sculpting, texturing, hair, rendering.
- Deep understanding of human anatomy and facial structure.
- Proficient in Maya, Zbrush, Substance 3D Painter, Mari, Marmoset Toolbag.
- Familiar with UE5 material module, capable of UE material assignment and rendering.
- Ability to restore character details (face, hair, clothing) from a CG perspective.
- Deep understanding of topological structure rationality.
- Strong design and aesthetic abilities, rich artistic background.

Job Description
1. Responsible for the company's CG/promotional team's character high-poly model production and quality control, including planning and supervising character high-poly asset work and setting standards.
2. Responsible for CG character/prop outsourcing review and feedback, able to modify and optimize when necessary.
3. Communicate with partner departments on art effects and expression forms, and actively improve and optimize existing model asset workflows.
4. Responsible for overall coordination and management of model module work arrangements and asset retrieval, reasonably planning asset production cycles.
5. Collaborate with concept art/lighting rendering/animation and other modules to achieve higher expressiveness for characters and related assets.
Job Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in realistic and aesthetic CG character production and rendering for European and American styles, with experience in film, game, or CG character projects.
2. Proficient in modeling, sculpting, material texturing, hair, and rendering. Deep understanding of human anatomy and character facial structure.
3. Proficient in Maya, Zbrush, Substance 3D Painter, Mari, Marmoset Toolbag. Familiar with UE5 material module, able to assign materials and render characters in UE, with some R&D capability.
4. Able to deeply restore character facial features, hair, clothing, and other key parts from a CG production perspective based on game character model performance, with a deep understanding of topological structure rationality.
5. Possess design ability, high aesthetic sense, and rich artistic accumulation. Art major preferred.
6. Possess a sense of responsibility, teamwork awareness, strong learning ability and adaptability, good at communication, and willing to share technical knowledge.
7. Proactive, with good communication skills, able to fully utilize professional knowledge, combine different projects and demands, and actively explore the optimal way of model presentation.
