Job Summary

As a Scene Level Designer for a new PC action project, you will be responsible for creating unique game worlds using the Unity engine. This involves designing and editing game maps, implementing functional gameplay based on planning requirements, and visually packaging scenes. You will collaborate with programmers and other technical staff to optimize scene effects and integrate art resources to ensure a consistent and high-quality artistic style that meets game requirements. Additionally, you will define asset outsourcing standards and provide professional feedback to external teams.

Must Have

  • Over 3 years of game level design and development experience, with participation in realistic style projects.
  • Rich experience in the entire scene pipeline, familiar with all processes from asset management to scene editing.
  • Familiar with Unity engine and various related 3D software.
  • Possess good aesthetic ability, not overly reliant on original art in large map production, and have good scene composition design ability.

Good to Have

  • Passion for games, especially open-world games, with sufficient understanding and love.

3. Communicate with programming and other relevant personnel to jointly discuss optimization directions for scene effects and output implementation plans.

4. Integrate art resources to ensure the artistic style of the scene is unified and meets game requirements.

5. Formulate asset outsourcing specifications and provide professional feedback and guidance to outsourcing teams.
