3. More than five years of experience in character concept art design, with a preference for those with IP skin design, commercial skin design, or character pipeline experience.
4. Experience in outsourcing quality control and docking, with strong communication skills.
5. Able to use AI drawing tools for auxiliary output, possessing excellent learning ability, and able to actively research and learn new technologies and apply them to work.
1. Artistic Foundation: Strong modeling ability, deep understanding and precise expression of structure, light, and perspective. Proficient in color theory, capable of creating harmonious, bright, and attractive Q-version character color schemes that conform to Japanese and Korean aesthetic preferences. Strong line art ability, with clean, smooth, reasonably structured, and expressive lines.
2. Q-version Style and Design Ability: Proficient in Japanese/Korean Q-version art style, familiar with its modeling characteristics. Strong style adaptability. Up-to-date aesthetic and trend-following, understanding current mainstream Q-version game art trends and player preferences.
3. Project Experience and Professional Skills: 5 years or more of game concept art experience, with 2-3 years focused on Q-version style projects, and successful online project experience preferred, especially auto-battler game experience. Proficient in Photoshop and other drawing software. (Bonus points) Basic 3D auxiliary skills (e.g., using Blender, ZBrush, Designdoll, DAZ). AIGC tool application, understanding and reasonable use of AI tools for early design inspiration exploration.
