Candidates should have strong modeling, texturing, and design skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software and a good understanding of the gaming industry.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of relevant production experience
  • Proficient in high-poly and low-poly model production and independent texturing
  • Skilled in 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, BodyPaint
  • Good aesthetic sense for modeling and texturing, clear UV layout
  • Solid art fundamentals and good hand-painting skills
  • Familiar with the gaming industry and various game styles

Good to Have

  • Experience as an outsourcing liaison
  • Experience in mechanical, architectural, or vegetation modeling
  • Experience in next-gen 3D art production
  • Experience in large-scale complete project resource and quality management

1. Responsible for the production of 3D scenes, vehicles, weapons, props and other objects in next-gen games.

2. Responsible for the unified allocation, production, and resource management of all scene object resources in the project.

3. Review the quality and manage the planned progress of objects during mass production.

4. Familiar with hard surface production processes and relevant experience in scene and object production.

5. Familiar with Trimsheet production techniques.

6. Experience as an outsourcing liaison is a plus.

7. Experience in mechanical, architectural, or vegetation production is a plus.

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of relevant production experience, proficient in high-poly and low-poly model production, and able to independently complete texturing.

2. Proficient in software such as 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, BodyPaint, with good aesthetic sense for modeling and texturing, and clear UV layout.

3. Have an understanding of next-gen 3D scene, prop, and weapon production, possess certain design capabilities, solid art fundamentals, and good hand-painting skills.

4. Familiar with the gaming industry and have a certain understanding of various game styles on the market.

5. Experience in next-gen 3D art production is preferred.

6. Experience in large-scale complete project resource and quality management is preferred.
