Job Summary
Publicis Groupe, the second largest communications group globally, is seeking a Senior Media Planner 360 for its Peru operations. This role involves developing and implementing effective digital and traditional media advertising strategies. The planner will be responsible for analyzing briefs, audiences, and competitors to define media mixes, coordinating campaign implementation, managing budgets, and monitoring performance. Key duties include optimizing campaigns, reporting results, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
Must Have
- Develop 360 media strategies and plans.
- Analyze briefs, audiences, competitors, and objectives to define media mix.
- Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams, creative agencies, and providers.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure correct execution of plans.
- Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare clear and strategic reports and presentations for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Advanced handling of planning and measurement tools.
- Solid knowledge in digital platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads.
- Understanding of metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
- Experience in media agencies and similar roles.
- Proven experience in planning and optimizing digital and traditional campaigns.
- Strategic thinking and analytical approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proactivity, creativity, and results-orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Job Description
Develop and implement effective Digital Media Advertising strategies. The planner must ensure that advertising campaigns (online/offline) are strategically planned, executed, and optimized to achieve client objectives effectively and efficiently.
