Job Summary
Join the world's most successful tobacco company as a Digital Marketing & Analytics professional in Bratislava. This role involves overseeing and analyzing digital channel and online sales performance, contributing to e-commerce strategy, and extracting insights from website, CRM, and e-commerce data. You will partner with senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and conduct deep-dive analyses on CRM campaign performance and customer journeys to identify personalization and automation opportunities.
Must Have
- Oversee and analyze digital channel and online sales performance
- Contribute to long-term strategy development and day-to-day e-commerce execution
- Support digital organization in extracting accurate insights from website, CRM, and e-commerce data
- Act as a partner to senior business stakeholders for understanding digital channels
- Enable informed decision-making for channel operations
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on CRM campaign performance, customer journeys, and lifecycle stages
- Ability to draw insights from data and apply to commercial strategy
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Advanced Google Analytics and Power BI
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL/Python)
- Strong understanding of campaign management and marketing automation
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Your role:
- Responsible for overseeing and analyzing the performance of digital channels and online sales.
- Contributes to long-term strategy development as well as day-to-day execution in the area of e-commerce.
- Supports the digital organization in extracting accurate insights from website, CRM, and e-commerce performance data.
- Acts as a partner to senior business stakeholders and managers to ensure proper understanding of digital channels.
- Enables informed decision-making regarding short-, mid-, and long-term operations of the channel.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on CRM campaign performance, customer journeys, and lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for personalization and automation
