Must Have

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads through strategic SEO, content marketing, paid media, and lead nurturing campaigns. This role contributes directly to business growth by optimizing digital touchpoints and improving conversion rates.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- (work with agency) Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Plan and manage content marketing initiatives across website and social media channels.
- (work with agency) Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product and data) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech industry.
- Proven experience in SEO, content strategy, and paid media campaign management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English level : fluent in business settings.
