Job Summary

As a Solution Advisor (Pre-sales) in the D&B Taiwan Solutions and Product team, you will lay the groundwork for successful client engagements by demonstrating how D&B solutions address unique challenges. Dun & Bradstreet leverages data analytics to foster an award-winning culture of creativity, innovation, and growth. This role involves engaging customers early in the sales cycle, providing solution expertise, supporting sales, and contributing to account strategy to drive customer success and business outcomes.

Must Have

  • Engage customers through impactful storytelling.
  • Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs to solutions and qualifying the opportunity.
  • Support sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
  • Provide expertise to the account team and to the development of the account strategy.
  • Contribute to creation of overall theme and competitive differentiation (value wedges) and execute dry runs.
  • Provide answers to customer / internal team inquiries concerning solution topics.
  • Embrace consistent messaging and employ digital assets in all customer engagements.
  • Effectively transition key details from the customer journey to Data Team and Customer Services.
  • Drive adoption by continuing to sell the vision and impact of D&B's solutions post-selection.
  • Provide expertise through the customers' successful deployments and realization of value, as required.
  • Build knowledge across the customer lifecycle.
  • Expand the D&B footprint by showing how other D&B solutions can be leveraged.
  • University degree with a major in business or technology related subjects.
  • At least 5 years related work experience.
  • Appropriate knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
  • Proven track record in new business sales within area of solution expertise.

As an Solution Advisor (Pre-sales ) in the D&B Taiwan Solutions and Product team, you are expected to be the groundwork for successful engagements, helping clients to see how D&B solutions can be selected and configured to meet their unique challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Engage customers through impactful storytelling.
  • Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs to solutions and qualifying the opportunity against a probability of success.
  • Support sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
  • Provide expertise to the account team and to the development of the account strategy.
  • Contribute to creation of overall theme and competitive differentiation (value wedges) and execute dry runs on deals and customer engagements.
  • Provide answers to customer / internal team inquiries concerning solution topics focusing on driving customer success and business outcomes.
  • Embrace consistent messaging and employ digital assets in all customer engagements, including recorded demos, presentations, microsites and other content created by D&B .
  • Effectively transition key details from the customer journey to Data Team and Customer Services.
  • Drive adoption by continuing to sell the vision and impact of D&B's solutions post-selection.
  • Provide expertise through the customers' successful deployments and realization of value, as required.
  • Build knowledge across the customer lifecycle.
  • Expand the D&B footprint by showing how other D&B solutions can be leveraged to address other areas of their business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • University with major in business or technology related subjects
  • At least 5 years related work experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with strong data analytics skills, especially those proficient in Python and SQL
  • Appropriate knowledge of relevant industries and markets
  • Proven track record in new business sales within area of solution expertise
  • Proactive, analytical, attentive to details, with a clear eye to perform quality checking
  • Good communication, interpersonal problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects in an ever changing environment
  • Self-driving, learning orientation and responsible personality
