Job Summary
Udemy is seeking a Renewals Manager to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves managing renewal cycles, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely renewals for enterprise-level B2B SaaS accounts. The manager will proactively report on account portfolios, partner with sales and customer success for multi-year subscriptions and upsells, and strategize renewal scenarios. Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, ensuring contract accuracy with Finance and Legal, and responding to internal queries regarding renewals.
Must Have

- Perform renewal forecasting, revenue tracking, and CRM management.

- Partner with field sales and customer success to sell multi-year subscription renewals.
- Strategize with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on renewal scenarios.
- Directly negotiate all terms with client procurement teams.
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and contract preparation.
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract accuracy and data integrity.
- Respond to questions from Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and UB leadership.
- Possess 3+ years of B2B SaaS renewals experience with large, enterprise-level accounts.
- Ability to negotiate terms for complex deals while maintaining great client relationships.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Solid experience managing clients with Salesforce.com.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Interest in helping build sustainable processes.

Job Description
About your skills:
- Contract Renewal Management: Experience managing renewal cycles, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely renewals.
- Account Retention: Proven ability to maintain high customer retention and reduce churn.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Skilled in renewal forecasting, revenue tracking, and CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Upsell/Cross-sell Identification: Ability to identify and partner with sales on expansion opportunities.
- Revenue Operations Alignment: Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to streamline renewal processes.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Proactively report to senior management on the portfolio of accounts, focusing on goal attainment and recommended course corrections
- Partner with field sales and customer success to sell multi-year subscription renewals, upselling and demonstrating business value of our subscription
- Strategize with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client and directly negotiate all terms with client procurement teams
- Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations, and contract preparation
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate while also verifying contracts, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are in line with company guidelines and policy
- Respond to questions from Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and UB leadership on any aspect of the renewal
What you'll have:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS renewals experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> $100k ACV)
- Ability to negotiate terms for complex deals while maintaining great client relationships
- Superior time management skills; excellent attention to detail
- Solid experience managing clients with Salesforce.com
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment, but also an interest in helping build sustainable processes
