Job Summary

The Groupement Mousquetaires, a major retail group, is seeking a Versatile Assistant Accountant / HR Assistant for its Netto brand. This role involves managing accounting, personnel administration, and payroll to ensure the point of sale's performance. The successful candidate will be a key contact for teams and management, responsible for data reliability, recruitment, contract drafting, personnel follow-up, payroll processing for under 100 people, supplier invoice tracking, cash entry, and balance sheet preparation in collaboration with a chartered accountant.

Must Have

  • Perform recruitment
  • Establish DPAE (prior declaration of employment)
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments
  • Manage personnel from entry to exit
  • Process payroll for less than 100 people
  • Assist with supplier invoice tracking and cash entry
  • Prepare the balance sheet in collaboration with the chartered accountant
  • Monitor cash flow
  • Analyze data and establish accounting/management dashboards
  • Manage administrative human resources (personnel administration, integration, payroll, DSN preparation)
  • BAC+2 degree in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in mass retail or an accounting firm
  • Master accounting and payroll techniques
  • Comfortable with various IT tools

Job Description

You contribute to the performance of the point of sale by managing accounting, personnel administration, and payroll. A key contact for teams and management, you ensure the management of these activities and guarantee the reliability of data related to your work.

Your main missions will be:

  • HR
  • Carry out recruitment
  • Establish DPAE (Declaration Préalable à l'Embauche - prior declaration of employment)
  • Establish promises of employment
  • Draft employment contracts and amendments under the supervision of the HRD
  • Monitor sick leave, medical visits, paid leave
  • Manage personnel from entry to exit
  • Monitor trial periods
  • Draft letters related to personnel management
  • Monitor training
  • Monitor schedules
  • Prepare tables (information feedback for payroll)
  • Prepare pay slips (less than 100 people) under the supervision of a manager
  • Secretariat / Accounting:
  • In support of the General Management of the companies,
  • Filing
  • Various correspondence with third parties
  • Establishment and monitoring of dashboards
  • Assistance with supplier invoice tracking
  • Accounting for invoices, cash entry
  • Supplier follow-up, payment, filing, reminders
  • Responsible for collecting and controlling traceability in terms of hygiene/safety
  • General filing
  • Preparation of the balance sheet in collaboration with the chartered accountant (general, analytical accounting up to balance sheet preparation);
  • Monitoring of the point of sale's cash flow;
  • Data analysis and establishment of accounting or management dashboards;
  • Administrative management of human resources (personnel administration, integration, payroll, DSN preparation, etc.)

Qualifications

ACCOUNTING TRAINING

HR TRAINING

With a BAC+2 degree in accounting, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in mass retail or an accounting firm.

You are recognized for your sense of confidentiality, your organization, your rigor, and your autonomy. You have an analytical and synthetic mind. You master accounting and payroll techniques and know how to update your knowledge. You are comfortable with various IT tools.

Additional Information

You will benefit from a training phase during your trial period. You work 4 or 5 days from Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site.
