Job Summary

As a Digital Campaign Officer, you will manage and develop the strategy for in-house banner promotions across digital platforms. This involves campaign management, including strategy development, execution, coordination with stakeholders, targeting, quality control, and A/B testing. You will also provide technical support and training for tools like Kameleoon, contribute to strategy definition, and analyze campaign performance to optimize visibility and conversion rates, staying updated on market trends.

Must Have

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of internal banner advertising.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Conduct specific targeting for banners using tools (Kameleoon / Adobe).
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with visual and textual standards.
  • Manage validation process with market, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Configure, launch, and publish banners within the Kameleoon tool.
  • Implement A/B testing.
  • Monitor and assist in resolving campaign issues.
  • Train new team members in using the Kameleoon tool.
  • Support project managers in defining overall strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly focused on in-house promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial communication strategies on brand-owned spaces.
  • Proficient in managing a digital animation plan.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques.
  • Experience with Kameleoon, PBI, Adobe Analytics.
  • Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level).

  • Adobe Campaign (or other CRM tool) experience.

Job Description

As the Digital Campaign Officer for in-house banner promotions, you will play a key role in managing and developing our strategy to enhance our digital spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass strategy development, execution, and oversight of the in-house promotional channel (banners) across our digital platforms.

Main tasks and goals:

1. Campaign management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of our internal banner advertising.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct specific targeting for banners using targeting tools (Kameleoon / Adobe).
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with visual and textual standards.
  • Manage the validation process with market, legal, and compliance teams for texts and visuals, and track approvals.
  • Configure banners within the Kameleoon tool.
  • Launch and publish campaigns on the platform.
  • Update the planning tool and the web plan.
  • Implement A/B testing.

2. Technical support and training

  • Monitor and assist in resolving issues reported by teams regarding their campaigns.
  • Train new team members in using the Kameleoon tool.
  • Contribute to production testing for Kameleoon updates and enhancements.

3. Strategy

  • Support project managers in defining the overall strategy.
  • Identify best practices and provide recommendations to teams for local campaigns.
  • Identify best practices and implement recommendations for national campaigns.

. Performance Management

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results to optimize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance.
  • Oversee new feature rollouts and testing initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Prepare personalized performance reports for each establishment, including actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in digital advertising to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly focused on in-house promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics to improve performance.
  • Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of commercial communication strategies on brand-owned spaces.
  • Proficient in managing a digital animation plan.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques.
  • Experience with Kameleoon; PBI; Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Campaign ( or other CRM tool) - preferred;
  • Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level);
