Must Have

  • Conceive, build, and send email campaigns (newsletters, triggers/automation, lifecycle, SMS, app campaigns)
  • Develop and maintain modular email templates (HTML/CSS)
  • Integrate content using HTML
  • Perform quality assurance and link tests across clients and devices
  • Monitor dispatches
  • Segment target groups and personalize based on CRM data
  • Utilize dynamic content and product recommendations
  • Create reports and use data analysis & KPIs to measure and improve marketing campaigns
  • 2-3 years of experience in email/CRM marketing or digital marketing
  • Proficient with common ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
  • Proficient in KPIs, dashboards, and UTM tracking
  • Very good communication skills in German (written and spoken)

Your Role We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager (m/f/d) – with a proven track record in managing email campaigns – who will actively support the team in implementing our clients' CRM campaigns (especially via email) in Berlin. You will conceive, build, and send high-performing email campaigns along the entire customer journey – from idea to testing to reporting. You will keep an eye on KPIs, deliverables, and personalization.

You ensure precise execution of all campaigns and work closely with the (Senior) Client Project Manager CRM and other internal departments to achieve client campaign goals.

Your Tasks

  • Conception, setup, and dispatch of email campaigns (newsletters, triggers/automation, lifecycle, as well as SMS and app campaigns) including time and channel orchestration.
  • Development and maintenance of modular email templates (HTML/CSS) and content integration using HTML.
  • Quality assurance and link testing across relevant clients and devices, as well as monitoring dispatches.
  • Close collaboration with the creative department (copywriting & design) for campaign and advertising material creation.
  • Target group segmentation and personalization based on CRM data. Use of dynamic content and product recommendations.
  • Creation of reports and use of data analysis & KPIs to measure and continuously develop and improve the success of marketing campaigns.

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in email/CRM marketing or digital marketing on the company side or in an agency.
  • Proficient use of common ESPs (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
  • Proficient in KPIs, dashboards, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured way of working.
  • You approach tasks proactively and solution-oriented. Hands-on mentality with a data-driven mindset.
  • You enjoy working in a team and value exchange with other departments.
  • Very good communication skills in German (written and spoken) (+ English an advantage).
