Job Summary

The Campaign Manager (Junior) will join the Pricing & Promotions team, supporting the transition to a personalized, data-driven discount strategy. This role involves designing, executing, and measuring promotional campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, speed, and impact. The manager will work closely with analysts and senior managers, maintaining RFM-based discount structures and assisting in merchant-specific discount optimization. Proactive monitoring of promo-related systems and documenting processes are also key.

About the Role

The Campaign Manager (Junior) will join the Pricing & Promotions team, supporting our transition to a more personalized, data-driven discount strategy. You will work closely with analysts and senior managers to design, execute, and measure promotional campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, speed, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor segmented promotions, ensuring accurate targeting and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update RFM-based discount structures across 80+ customer segments globally.
  • Assist in the curation and optimization of merchant-specific discounts, guided by KPI dashboards.
  • Support experiment design, implementation, and post-test analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  • Proactively monitor promo-related systems to spot and fix issues early.
  • Document processes and maintain operational playbooks to improve team efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in data-driven marketing, pricing, or analytics (internships count).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work hands-on with multiple systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer segmentation, A/B testing, or personalization models.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or retail promotional strategies.
  • Understanding of RFM modeling and discount optimization.
