Job Summary
Groupon is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to expand its business partner base across Poland. This role involves proactively acquiring small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), presenting Groupon's platform as a unique opportunity for client acquisition and increased business visibility, and creating and negotiating offers. The representative will also conduct market analysis, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
Must Have
- Proactively acquire new business partners through calls, emails, video conferences, and direct meetings
- Present Groupon's platform as a unique opportunity for new client acquisition and business visibility
- Create and negotiate offers tailored to partner and Groupon client needs
- Analyze market trends and identify seasonal opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and partner support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or SME customer service
- Ability to build business relationships and conduct effective negotiations
- Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling
- Fluent Polish language skills
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to make quick decisions
- High work ethic, responsibility, and ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Your role
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help us grow our base of business partners across Poland. In this role, you will be a key part of the team responsible for proactively acquiring small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supporting them in achieving success using our platform.
🎯 Your key tasks:
- Acquiring new business partners: Actively reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, video conferences, and direct meetings.
- Presenting Groupon: Introducing our platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and increase business visibility.
- Creating and negotiating offers: Preparing proposals that meet the needs of partners and Groupon customers.
- Market analysis: Gaining knowledge about various industries and identifying seasonal trends.
- Achieving sales targets: Regularly meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Ensuring the highest quality of services and supporting partners at every stage of cooperation.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or SME customer service.
- Ability to build business relationships and conduct effective negotiations.
- Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
- Fluent Polish language skills; English language skills will be an asset.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to make quick decisions.
- High work ethic, responsibility, and ability to prioritize tasks.
