Job Summary
As a Multicamera Material Manager at Gravity Media Belgium, you will be responsible for ensuring that audiovisual equipment is available on time for transport, managing incoming and outgoing goods, and maintaining the warehouse. This role requires meticulousness, proactivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment, and managing stock of small materials and accessories. The position is full-time and offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits in a dynamic, international environment.
Must Have
- Consult material list and prepare material for transport
- Receive incoming material, checking for completeness and good condition
- Refer defective material to the lab
- Ensure the warehouse is always in good condition
- Maintain and clean material for operational readiness
- Manage stock of small materials and accessories
- Completed at least secondary education
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Not deterred by physical work
- Enterprising and flexible
- Work qualitatively and accurately
- Fluent in Dutch and basic English and French
- Hold a driving license B or C
- Diplomatic, proactive, and commercially oriented
Good to Have
- Knowledge of audiovisual material

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As a material manager, you ensure that the material is available on time for transport based on a material list of incoming and outgoing goods. Your meticulousness and proactivity are counted on here.
Your responsibilities:
- You consult the material list in the planning and prepare the correct material for transport;
- You receive incoming material for completeness and good condition;
- You refer defective material to the lab;
- You ensure that the warehouse is in good condition at all times;
- You maintain the material and clean it if necessary, so that it is always in good operational condition;
- You manage the stock of small materials and accessories.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed at least secondary education;
- Knowledge of audiovisual material is a plus;
- You can work both independently and in a team;
- Physical work does not deter you;
- You are enterprising and flexible;
- You work qualitatively and accurately;
- You are fluent in Dutch and basic English and French;
- You have a driving license B or C;
- You are diplomatic, proactive, and commercially oriented.
