Finance Intern - Controlling and Accounting

Gravity Media is seeking a Finance Intern for Controlling and Accounting in Cologno Monzese, Italy. This full-time, 6-month internship offers a chance to learn strategic decision-making in broadcasting. The intern will collaborate on monthly/annual closings, budget preparation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and process optimization, supporting invoice entry and period compliance. Ideal candidates have an Economics degree, excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills, good English, and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Join our Controlling & Accounting team and learn to read the numbers that drive television production. We will teach you how to monitor costs, analyze data, and contribute to real decision-making processes. What you will concretely do:

• Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting closings, analyzing deviations from budget and forecast
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and LRP (Long Range Plan)
• Help create economic and financial reports to monitor projects
• Participate in cost analysis by cost center and project
• Support the optimization of reporting and monitoring tools
• Provide support for supplier invoice entry, with a particular focus on opex and general expenses;
• Support in credit card management and periodic compliance (VAT, Intrastat, certifications, etc.);
• Collaborate in the improvement of internal processes, with attention to efficiency and precision
