Our client is a progressive boutique law firm in Sydney CBD, offering affordable, practical legal services with a fixed-fee approach. They focus on collaboration, mentorship, and client service. This opportunity is for a commercial lawyer with around 2 years PQE to work closely with senior lawyers on transactional work, litigation, and general commercial advisory, gaining broad exposure in a supportive environment.

Must Have

• Providing general corporate and commercial legal advice
• Preparing affidavits and evidence for civil litigation matters
• Reviewing and drafting commercial and employment contracts
• Managing client communications and contributing to strategic outcomes
• Assisting with retail and commercial leasing, as well as business sale transactions
• Fluent in Mandarin (essential)
• Detail-oriented with strong legal drafting and research skills
• Confident in handling multiple matters with guidance and autonomy
• A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in commercial law
• Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales

About The Opportunity
