Job Summary
Gravity Media is a leading international group providing media services and solutions globally, operating through mobile control rooms, fly-packs, and studios across various regions. EMG Italy, part of Gravity Media Group, specializes in broadcast productions, particularly live national and international sports events. The Legal Intern will join the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of EMG Italy S.p.A., supporting the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in ordinary legal activities, including contract drafting, legal opinions, litigation, corporate, compliance, and insurance matters. The role is full-time for 6 months, based in Cologno Monzese, Milan.
Must Have

The resource inserted in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of EMG Italy S.p.A. will support the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs in the ordinary legal activities of the Company in the areas of contracts, legal opinions, mainly civil and commercial law, litigation, corporate, compliance, insurance, and litigation.

Requirements
The professional figure of reference has a law degree.
Legal practice and/or a post-graduate Master's degree in corporate law are preferred.
A good knowledge of the English language is required.
The following requirements are also requested:
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Attention to detail and precision, empathy, proactivity
- Predisposition to teamwork.
