This role is for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Lead responsible for driving end-to-end marketing operations. Key areas include events, webinars, email campaigns, and brand initiatives. The lead will focus on strategic demand generation, brand positioning, and market presence through awards, PR, and digital campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve pipeline growth and enhance brand equity.

Must Have

  • Drive end-to-end marketing operations across events, webinars, email campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead strategic demand generation activities.
  • Support brand positioning and amplify market presence through awards, PR, and digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn marketing initiatives into pipeline growth and brand equity.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles with exposure to events, campaigns, and branding.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful webinars and field events in the IT services or tech domain.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools—email platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot), webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24), and CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Experience working with creative and content teams on multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write or review campaign copies, email content, and award submissions.
