Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles within an IT organization, including mid to senior-level positions in Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, HR, and other corporate roles. Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategy, source and engage high-quality talent, screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate offer negotiations, and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
- At least 3 years focused on non-IT and leadership hiring in an IT or technology-driven company
- Strong understanding of how sales, marketing, and business operations roles function within the IT industry
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), ATS platforms, and Excel
