Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation and client engagement, focusing on the USA market. Key responsibilities include leveraging IT technology knowledge in QA, Software Testing, Application Development, Cloud, AI, and Data & Analytics domains. The role requires creating and managing databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, executing email campaigns via platforms like Leadsquared, Hubspot, and Freshworks, and performing cold calling. The associate must maintain structured email responses and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

Must Have

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of IT Technologies Services (QA & Software Testing, Application Dev, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics)
• Experience working in USA Market
• Experience in creating own database using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience in generating leads through Email automation tools (Leadsquared, Hubspot, Freshworks)
• Ability to design and execute email campaigns through Outlook, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
• Experience in maintaining, managing, and updating email responses with timely follow-ups
• Flexible with shifts and ready to work from office
