We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented professional to lead our Business Development initiatives within the government sector. This role demands a deep understanding of government processes, strong networking abilities, and an acute sense of identifying and converting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting government bodies, ministries, PSUs, and other public sector organizations.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive opportunities in the government advertising domain.
- Identify and establish connections with key stakeholders in government departments and agencies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with government tendering processes and protocols.
- Achieve business targets through the acquisition of government advertising projects.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to government requirements.
- Monitor government tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop compelling campaign ideas that resonate with government objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
- Stay updated on policies, regulations, and opportunities related to government advertising.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for Infinity Advertising Network Private Limited.
- Maintain detailed business development activities, proposals, and project pipeline records.

Qualifications & Skills:
