Infinity Advertising Network is transforming into Infinity 2.0, a technology and data-powered advertising and marketing company. This role as Manager – Sales – Films/Video Content involves identifying and closing sales opportunities for branded films and video content, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. The manager will also stay updated on market trends and contribute to content sales strategy, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Must Have

  • Identify and close sales opportunities for branded films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital storytelling content.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads with media agencies, brand managers, CMOs, and marketing heads.
  • Develop and present compelling video content proposals tailored to client marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and deliverables for video projects.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers in brand and agency ecosystems.
  • Act as a consultative partner to understand client needs and propose creative content solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with production and creative teams for timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in branded content, digital media, film production, or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value content deals with brands and agencies.
  • Understanding of content production workflows, timelines, and costing.
  • Strong storytelling, pitching, and negotiation skills.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and close sales opportunities for branded films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital storytelling content.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads with media agencies, brand managers, CMOs, and marketing heads.
  • Develop and present compelling video content proposals tailored to client marketing objectives.

Client Relationship Management

Strategic Input & Collaboration

  • Provide market feedback and trends to help shape the company’s content sales strategy.

Market Awareness & Positioning

  • Stay up-to-date with trends in branded content, digital video platforms (YouTube, OTT, Instagram, etc.), and storytelling formats.
  • Understand brand communication strategies and how video content fits into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in branded content, digital media, film production, or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value content deals with brands and agencies.
  • Understanding of content production workflows, timelines, and costing.
  • Strong storytelling, pitching, and negotiation skills.
