Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Managed Services Consultant to ensure customers realize the full value of Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform. This role involves promoting product adoption, building client relationships, providing strategic advisory, designing solutions, optimizing platform usage, and delivering training. The consultant will analyze data for insights and collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings, contributing to customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value Delivery & Retention: Ensure customers realize the full value of Sprinklr, leading to retention and expansion.
  • Product Adoption: Promote usage of new features and use cases across teams, markets, and business units.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advisory: Understand client challenges and align Sprinklr solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Solution Design: Translate customer requirements into tailored platform configurations and workflows.
  • Platform Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance platform usage and performance.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure clients are well-versed in Sprinklr capabilities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse usage data to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Product Feedback: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address client needs and improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in account management at a brand, agency, or tech company.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, web technologies, and digital marketing.
  • Strong product acumen and ability to evangelize new features
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
