This role involves sales of Philips home medical devices, focusing on sleep and respiratory care. Beyond product sales, you will understand patient and doctor needs, propose optimal solutions, explain usage, and conduct study sessions to ensure safe and correct use. The position requires maintaining existing clients, acquiring new prescriptions, developing new clients and markets, and managing devices for facilities and patients. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and handling internal tasks.

Must Have

  • Maintain existing customers, acquire new prescriptions, and develop new customers/markets.
  • Formulate and execute concrete action plans based on complex customer information analysis.
  • Expand solution business and serve as a contact point for regional KOLs.
  • Introduce home-use medical devices to patients according to doctor's prescriptions.
  • Manage devices for assigned facilities and patients.
  • Comply with in-hospital rules and conduct ethical sales activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and perform internal tasks (sales processing, equipment management).
  • Respond to patient homes for night or emergency calls (respiratory equipment).
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience consistently achieving sales targets, regardless of industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a sales professional for Philips' home medical devices. The sales targets are healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, clinical laboratory technicians, etc.) and hospital personnel. You will not only sell products but also understand the needs of doctors and patients, propose optimal solutions, explain usage methods, and conduct study sessions to ensure safe and correct use.

While many companies propose products from affiliated overseas manufacturers, we handle our own products. Therefore, we can make proposals with a sense of speed and strive for meticulous support.

  • Maintaining existing customers, acquiring new prescriptions, and developing and cultivating new customers and markets.
  • Formulating and executing concrete action plans based on complex customer information collection and analysis.
  • Expanding solution business.
  • Serving as a contact point for regional KOLs.
  • Introducing home-use medical devices to patients according to doctor's prescriptions.
  • Managing devices for assigned facilities and patients.
  • Complying with in-hospital rules and conducting ethical sales activities.

Required Experience

  • 2 years or more of sales experience.
  • Experience consistently achieving targets in sales, regardless of industry (corporate or individual).
  • Many employees from other industries have successfully transitioned and are active.

  • Sleep apnea syndrome testing devices, treatment devices, etc.

The proposed products are devices used by patients at home. In some cases, you may visit patients' homes (for introduction, maintenance, etc.).

Professional Development

Transfer

Yes. We expect you to play an active role as a manager in the future. To gain various experiences, transfers involving relocation nationwide will occur (with company housing assistance).

Application Requirements:

  • Department: Sleep & Respiratory Care Business Division
  • Contract Period: Indefinite
  • Probationary Period: Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)
  • Workplace: Fuchu Branch
  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:30, Break: 1 hour
  • Overtime: Approximately 30-40 hours per month
  • Holidays: 125 annual holidays, 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4), private sick leave, paid leave, bereavement leave, etc.
  • Paid Leave: 20 days granted in the first year (varies by joining month)
  • Overtime Work: Discretionary work system
  • Salary: Basic annual salary 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY (including deemed allowance). Will be considered based on experience.
  • Bonus: Incentive 30%
  • Incentives are paid every March (subject to change based on company performance, departmental performance, and individual evaluation).
  • For those who join mid-year, a pro-rata calculation applies for the eligible period.
