Job Summary
The Account Servicing Intern will support various departments to ensure timely flow of materials and resources, providing day-to-day services to assigned clients. This role involves delivering quality materials on time and within budget, collaborating with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of accounts, and assisting in campaign execution, budget monitoring, and client communication. The intern will also help with data research and analysis for marketing strategies.
Must Have
- Accountability for day-to-day task execution.

- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid work visa for Malaysia.
Job Description
Overview
The Account Servicing Intern primary function to work with various departments and individuals in an organization to ensure materials and resources flow through the company in a timely manner. To provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The Account Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
- Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion pf projects / campaigns.
- Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
- Participate in planning and execution of operational / tactical aspects of campaigns.
- Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
- Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects.
- When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas.
- Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis.
- Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand / marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend / analysis.
- Meticulous and attention to detail on reports, visual and assigned task.
- Share internal / external information, insight, knowledge and etc.
- Follow work process and organization operation policies.
- Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.
- Through understanding of agency functions.
- Strong communication skills.

- Detail oriented, with excellent coordination and follow through skills.
- Strong sense of initiative, a team player and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Must have interest to gain experience in Marketing & Advertising agency.
- Capable on Communication and Presentation skills.
- Capable to be multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiency, and able to work under pressure under a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be able to communicate at least in English.
- Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant valid visa to work in Malaysia.
