Medical Device Sales, Radiology Diagnostic Large Equipment (Yokohama Branch):

We are looking for someone to primarily engage in business negotiations with doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff at large hospitals, including university hospitals and national centers, regarding angiography systems, MRI, and CT scanners used for diagnostic imaging. The goal is to contribute to improving the quality of medical care in Japan.

Job Responsibilities:

Considering your experience first, you will be responsible for sales of our medical devices. We are looking for staff who can work with us to further expand the sales of our high-quality, world-leading products in the Japanese market. Specifically, you will visit hospitals and distributors to introduce, propose, explain, and sell products.

Sales Style:

The main task is sales activities for customers within the assigned area. You will formulate sales strategies for the area and execute them based on approval from your supervisor.

You will listen to customer needs and arrange better proposals. Therefore, it is an environment where you can demonstrate your abilities by leading yourself. You can challenge yourself with larger businesses by exercising your skills.

In addition, a company car and mobile environment are provided so that you can work directly from home or on the go.

Experience/Skills:

Sales experience with large radiology equipment is highly welcome!!!

■ Valid ordinary driver's license required

Language:

■ English: Reading and writing level (or no resistance to it. You will be required to take e-learning courses and read manuals)

■ Japanese: Native level (or extremely fluent, including reading and writing Japanese)

【Probationary Period】Yes (generally 6 months from the date of joining)

Scope of change: All our company locations. There is a possibility of transfer to any of our company locations due to reassignment.

【Working Hours】9:00-17:30 Break time: Generally 12:00-13:00

【Holidays】Every Saturday (scheduled holiday) / Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)

【Leave】Initial year paid leave: up to 20 days (20 days for 2nd-5th years / 25 days for 6th year onwards), Care Leave (10 days per year), Sick Leave (up to 30 days per year), etc.

【Overtime Work】Yes Deemed working hours system (outside-of-business-site work system)

  • Deemed working allowance will be paid, assuming 9 hours of work per day.
  • Holiday work allowance will be paid for work on holidays.
  • Late-night work allowance will be paid for late-night work.

【Salary】Base salary: Annual income 4.7 to 7 million yen + Incentive bonus 30%

  • Incentive is paid once a year in March (varies depending on company performance, department performance, and individual evaluation)
  • For those joining mid-year, pro-rata calculation applies for the target period.
