  • Support daily operations of content e-commerce sales team (Xiaohongshu, Video Account)

Job Description

Your role:

  • Support the daily work of the content e-commerce sales team (Xiaohongshu, Video Account)
  • Campaign and activity planning assistance: responsible for following up on product management and on-site/off-site promotional activities
  • Communicate and coordinate with service providers and platform customers to promote the implementation of marketing activities
  • Liaise with relevant support departments and use various systems and office tools for data analysis
  • Explore customer needs, maximize the use of existing resources and relevant data, analyze and propose sales solutions and opinions to assist in final decision-making
  • Collect and report market and competitor information, assist in market promotion activities and marketing strategies
