Job Summary
Qube Cinema, a technology and innovation-driven company, is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for Content Operations for QubeWire, its global theatrical distribution platform. This role involves onboarding Telugu producers/distributors, demonstrating the Qube Wire platform, managing client relationships, coordinating content delivery, and ensuring accurate billing and payment collections. The successful candidate will also collaborate on process improvements and prepare performance reports, contributing to the seamless world of digital cinema.
Must Have
- Approach Telugu producers or distributors to onboard them onto the Qube Wire platform.
- Provide demonstrations of the Qube Wire platform to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with AP/TL Industry stakeholders and customers.
- Coordinate with client success and content teams for timely content delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely provision of billing details and monitor unbilled logs.
- Work with partners and finance teams on billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in cinema or digital content distribution.
- Strong understanding of digital cinema technologies, including DCPs and KDMs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and other sales-related tools.

About QubeWire:
Qube Wire is a self-service, single-window system for global theatrical distribution. With a simple but comprehensive user interface, distributors can manage their digital cinema assets, assign territorial rights for their content and have their Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) and keys (aka Key Delivery Messages or KDMs) delivered to movie theatres across the world. Theatres can manage their own digital cinema device details and access their Universal Inbox on the Qube Wire service as well
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach Telugu producers or distributors to onboard them onto the Qube Wire platform.
- Provide demonstrations of the Qube Wire platform to potential clients, explaining workflows and portal functionalities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with AP/TL Industry stake holders, external customers, including producers, distributors, and exhibitors.
- Coordinate with client success and content teams to monitor timely content delivery across different regions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely provision of billing details to the billing team for invoicing overseas DCP and KDM bookings.
- Monitor unbilled logs to ensure they are invoiced promptly, preventing revenue leakage.
- Work with partners and internal finance teams on billing, invoicing, and payment collections regularly.
- Prepare weekly reports comparing projections versus actuals for titles and installations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the cinema or digital content distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of digital cinema technologies, including DCPs and KDMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse cultures and regions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software , Excel and other sales-related tools.
