Qube Cinema is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Associate to join their dynamic team. The role involves gathering, cleaning, and organizing datasets, performing detailed analyses to identify trends, and utilizing statistical methods to interpret data. The associate will generate actionable insights and visualizations for internal stakeholders, effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines. Must Have

• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data is current and reliable.
• Data Analysis:
• Perform detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Generate actionable insights and visualizations to inform business strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Communication:
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaboration and Compliance:
• Work closely with IT and Product Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Ensure data handling practices comply with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
