Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and dynamic Client Relationship Associate to join our Agra office. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with people, and is motivated to grow with a fast-growing organization. The position focuses on relationship building, coordination, and client support. We are also open to collaborating with colleges, TPOs, and job fair coordinators and welcome participation in campus drives and job fairs to connect with suitable talent.
Must Have
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination
- Support day-to-day client relationship and engagement activities
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Maintain accurate records and updates related to client interactions
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and discussions
- MBA in HR or Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
