Job Summary

WalkingTree is seeking a Marketing Executive to focus on targeted outreach and prospect engagement for BFSI solutions and other services. This role involves running targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and CRM, building segmented prospect lists, maintaining data in Zoho CRM, and coordinating with the marketing lead to refine messaging and campaign goals. The executive will track engagement metrics and communicate updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel marketing.

Must Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing outreach, demand generation support, or SDR-style marketing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and outreach tools like Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Apollo, etc.
  • Ability to organize campaigns, maintain clean data, and follow structured processes
  • A self-starter who can manage day-to-day outreach without constant supervision
  • Comfortable handling stakeholder communication across teams

Good to Have

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, fintech, or BFSI-focused products
  • Exposure to marketing automation or CRM workflows
  • Ability to help with basic content inputs for outreach messages

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can help us reach the right prospects for our BFSI solutions and, over time, for our wider portfolio of WalkingTree services. This role sits inside the marketing team. The focus is on targeted outreach, clean communication, and steady coordination with internal stakeholders. Think of it as the engine that keeps our top-of-funnel marketing motion active and consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Run targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
  • Use clear messaging to introduce prospects to our wealth management offerings
  • Build segmented prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, and similar
  • Maintain accurate and organized data inside Zoho CRM
  • Coordinate with the marketing lead to refine messaging, ICPs, and weekly campaign goals
  • Support outreach for other WalkingTree services when needed
  • Track responses, engagement metrics, and improve outreach quality
  • Communicate updates with internal stakeholders so everyone stays aligned
  • Stay informed on basic IT concepts so you can speak comfortably with prospects
