Job Summary

At PwC, business application consultants specialize in optimizing operational efficiency for clients. This role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, involving the analysis of client requirements, implementation of CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. Responsibilities include working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online (Sales or Service), customization, extension, API development, integration with external systems, server administration, source control, Power apps, data migration, and Microsoft Azure services.

Must Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules
  • Customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM (client-side with JavaScript, web resources; server-side with C#, .Net assemblies)
  • Proficiency in Java scripting frameworks (Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX)
  • Developing REST APIs and integration with external systems
  • Server administration and deployment for MSCRM application
  • Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS
  • Experience with Power apps and data migration
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
  • 4-6 years of experience

Responsibilities-

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules

· Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc..., server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies

· Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX

· Developing REST APIsIntegration experience with external systems through REST API’s. Both with and without middleware.

· Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application.

· Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.

· Working with Power apps

· Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
