Job Summary

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Dublin. The role involves providing full life-cycle recruitment support, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with business leaders, and proactively sourcing passive talent. The partner will ensure compliance with procedures, collaborate with the recruitment team, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes. Minimum requirements include 5+ years of permanent hire recruiting experience and proficiency with ATS systems like Workday.

Must Have

  • Provide full life-cycle recruitment support
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Directors, and Managers
  • Proactively source passive talent
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and templates
  • 5+ years of experience in permanent hire recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and behavioral interview techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience maintaining data integrity in an ATS environment
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar systems
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience using Excel for reporting and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing passive candidates
  • Familiarity with presentation creation for conveying ideas clearly and concisely
  • Experience in Consulting Recruitment, Finance roles or contractor recruitment
  • Interest in upskilling for a digital world and openness to learning new tools and trends

Job Description

This is a 12 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities;

  • Provide full life-cycle recruitment support for assigned client groups, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, offer development, and onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, role profiles, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Directors, and Managers, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Proactively source passive talent to deliver cost-effective recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on search progress and sharing market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and templates while contributing ideas for process improvement.
  • Participate in daily team huddles, sharing pipeline updates, metrics, successes, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment CoE to ensure a smooth interview scheduling and onboarding process.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in permanent hire recruiting (agency or in-house) with strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and behavioral interview techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience maintaining data integrity in an ATS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar systems.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, listen, and extract relevant information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using Excel for reporting and data-driven decision-making.
