Job Summary
MADFINGER Games, a Czech software company developing computer games, is looking for an experienced and independent colleague for their HR team. This combined role of HR Administrator and Payroll Accountant involves a wide range of tasks from labor law, health and safety, to visas, working in a small, cohesive team. The role requires communication in English with international employees and offers a friendly, professional yet informal gaming studio environment in Brno. The position is open for full-time or part-time (30 hours/week).
Must Have
- At least 5 years of experience with independent payroll processing and HR administration
- Very good knowledge of labor law and payroll legislation
- Independence, reliability, meticulousness, and proactive approach
- Pleasant demeanor and good communication skills
- Intermediate English

Job Description
What will be your job content:
- Creating employment law documents in Czech and English
- Ensuring work permits for non-EU employees in cooperation with a relocation agency
- Managing employee personal files, administering employees in the attendance system and in the accounting/payroll program
- Attendance control
- Complete processing of company payroll (approx. 75 employees) including preparation of payment order and accounting
- Communication with authorities (registrations, deregistration, overviews...) including assistance with inspections
- Processing of annual tax reconciliation and ELDP
- Managing Multisport account and account for OHS/FP training
