Interns in each area of production technology development will undertake a wide range of tasks, including technical problem-solving for mass production, improving productivity, reducing costs, quality control, and improving, maintaining, and managing production equipment.

Process Engineer

Optimize chemical reactions and physical conditions, and apply new chemicals and conditions to production.

Product Engineer

Responsible for building and improving manufacturing process flows. Address issues such as defects and unmet specifications by implementing process improvements.

Equipment Engineer

Acquire knowledge of the structure and operating principles of production equipment, and engage in activities to further enhance productivity from the perspective of production equipment.

Production Engineering Engineer

Analyze various data to formulate investment strategies, such as capital investments that can achieve higher productivity, and plan production schedules.

Quality Technology Engineer

Manage the entire manufacturing process from raw material input to product shipment, including raw material quality, cleanroom environment, production processes, production systems, and shipment tests, to improve product quality.

Required skills: University students in science and engineering majors, 3rd year or above.
