This leadership role supports the sales team in achieving maximum productivity, transparency, and revenue growth. They will enhance sales processes, manage CRM, reporting, and analytics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role directly contributes to Blue Yonder’s success by optimizing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Must Have

The Senior Director Business Partner will play a critical role in driving and optimizing Blue Yonder's sales operations. This leadership position involves strategizing and overseeing sales operations processes and systems to enable efficient and effective sales performance across the organization. The goal is to support the sales team in achieving maximum productivity, transparency, and revenue growth.
Synonymous Business Title: Senior Sales Operations Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to enhance sales processes, tools, and systems
- Implement and manage CRM systems, sales reporting, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales operations and enhance salesforce effectiveness
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting processes
- Manage the integration of sales and marketing efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize lead-to-revenue conversion
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the sales operations team

- Directly contributes to Blue Yonder’s success by optimizing sales processes, improving sales efficiency, and driving revenue growth
- Ensures alignment with corporate goals and enhances customer satisfaction through effective sales operations management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales operations within the technology or software industry
- Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales operations best practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive team performance and collaborate effectively across departments

US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 40%

The annual salary range for this position is USD $170.00.00 - $220,000.00
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
